AITO Sauna Evening is a curated Nordic recovery experience hosted at , combining authentic Finnish sauna culture, guided nervous system regulation through sound therapy, and a quiet space to truly reset.
This is not a party.
This is not networking.

About Bathe: Bathe Austin is an urban sanctuary in East Austin where ancient bathing rituals meet modern wellness and community. This immersive bathhouse experience is designed to help you relax, recharge, and reset your nervous system amidst magnesium-rich thermal soaks, Finnish saunas, cold plunges, and serene lounges in a phone-free, connect-with-yourself environment.
