The AIFD Southern Chapter is proud to offer the David Shover Mentorship Program, designed to support floral designers preparing for their PFDE (Professional Floral Design Evaluation) at the AIFD Reflections Convention in Palm Springs, CA, in 2025.

This program honors the legacy of David Shover, a beloved mentor and leader within the floral industry, by providing personalized guidance, training, and invaluable resources to ensure candidates are prepared for the testing process.

Participants will have access to evaluators and educators, all AIFD members, who will help refine their skills, build confidence, and deepen their understanding of advanced floral design techniques, all while fostering a spirit of creativity and excellence.

All moneis will be donated to the AIFD Foundation David Shover Endowed Fund.
