Ben Hall has spent nearly 20 years helping working professionals learn new skills without losing themselves in the process. He works at the intersection of instructional design, adult learning, and emerging technology — and he has spent the last several years thinking carefully about what AI can and can't do for real people with real jobs. He's not here to sell you on a tool. He's here to help you think.
