AI Transformation Foundations (AITF) and AI Transformation Practitioner (AITP) certifications are required before enrolling.

During this 3-days (24-hour) instructor-led course, you will learn how to:

Embed governance into organizational structures, culture, and talent strategies across the enterprise

Build audit and assurance programs covering the full AI lifecycle from initiation through continuous improvement
Operationalize responsible AI through accountability structures, measurement, and enforcement mechanisms
Design governance architectures that scale across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory environments
Govern third-party AI systems, vendors, and supply chains within broader procurement and partnership strategies
Develop AI intellectual property strategies covering models, training data, and generated outputs
Design and deliver governance training programs that drive adoption and reduce resistance
Integrate governance across the full COMPEL lifecycle from Calibrate through Learn
Apply all governance capabilities in a capstone exercise requiring architecture design and executive-level defense
