Speakers:
Shayna Harris is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Supply Change Capital, a venture capital firm investing in early-stage food tech. With two decades as a food industry leader and operator, Shayna has been an executive at fast-growth venture-backed start-ups including Farmer’s Fridge and Sourcemap. She was a pioneer of the sustainable procurement program at Mars and has advised brands like Starbucks, Unilever, and Stonyfield on building more resilient businesses and supply chains.
Carlos Cardoso is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in delivering software solutions and AI-driven systems. With over 25 years of experience, Carlos has led the development and deployment of innovative technologies that drive efficiency, automation, and business growth. Passionate about leveraging AI to solve real-world challenges, Carlos specializes in designing scalable architectures, optimizing machine learning models, and integrating intelligent solutions into enterprise applications.
Abhijit Dasgupta is the VP of Global Demand Digital Technologies for Mars Snacking at Mars Inc., a role to which he was named in February 2024. Most recently, he served as VP and Head of Business Technology Solutions, Strategy & Continuous Improvement at AbbVie Inc. Previously, he served as the company’s Senior Director of Business Technology Solutions and International Commercial Operations. Dasgupta joined AbbVie in 2013 as IT Director for Japan and Asia Pacific. Prior to joining AbbVie, he has held various positions at Abbott Laboratories, Inforte Corporation, Capgemini SE and Patni Computer Systems Ltd.
