About this Event
Using AI at work raises practical questions about trust, delegation, and responsibility. This session supports professionals who want to implement AI in a well‑informed way.
Content: Key foundations for working with generative AI at work, including common risks and limitations, the importance of using organisation‑approved AI tools, an introduction to different ways of working with AI (e.g. including automation, augmentation, testing), effective prompting practices, and reflection on what work can reasonably be delegated to AI.
Dynamic: The session alternates between content delivery, hands-on activities and discussion. The focus is on developing digital literacy for AI, building skills in the use of this technology at work and making the learning stick through practice and reflection.
Level: All levels welcome - no technical background required.
