Murray Langston — also known as The Unknown Comic — is bringing his legendary standup to the Ahern LIVE Comedy Showroom on Friday & Saturday, November 24-25!

Best known for his performances on The Gong Show, The Unknown Comic is famous for wearing a paper bag over his head.

In 1970, Langston began his show business career on Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In doing impressions of a fork, a tube of toothpaste and a grandfather clock. Later—at the suggestion of Redd Foxx—he teamed with comedian Freeman King and they became regular performers on The Sonny & Cher Comedy Hour.

After more than 100 appearances with Sonny & Cher, Langston began to make appearances on other prime time television shows, including The Hudson Brothers Razzle Dazzle Show, The Wolfman Jack Show, and The Bobby Vinton Show. He also worked with Foxx, Joan Rivers, Jim Carrey, Ruth Buzzi, and many other comedians, as well as creating comedic situations—appearing in several segments—for Candid Camera.

Actor & Comedian Ed Regine headlines the Ahern LIVE Comedy Showroom on Friday and Saturday, December 8-9!

In 1985 Ed made his first ever open mic appearance in a little comedy club in Providence Rhode Island. Four months later Ed got his first paid gig. Ed has been going strong ever since. In less than two years Ed was headlining Major comedy clubs all across America.

As the 90's approached Ed moved into TV where he appeared on most Comedy shows Including MTV, Comedy Central, Showtime and HBO as well as a Live Pay-Per-View from Sony Studios in NYC just to name a few. In the late nineties, Ed began performing on luxury cruise liners as well as major corporate events.

In his standup career, Ed has shared the stage with such great comics as Billy Crystal, Rodney Dangerfield, Jamie Foxx, Andrew "Dice" Clay and many more.

Comedian / Actor John Caponera always knew he wanted to be in show business but in what dimension was undetermined until the summer of 1979 when John entered a talent show at a local bar in Chicago. After doing several impressions, he walked away with the five hundred dollar winner's pot and a realization that he might have something to offer in the world of comedy.

You may recognize John as the star of his own sitcom called "The Good Life" or as the host of Comedy Central's sport show "Jocks" and ESPN's "Talk II". Other credits include guest star appearances on "ER", "Love & War", "Blossom", "Tales From The Crypt", "The Tonight Show", "The Dennis Miller Show", "L.A. Law", "NBC's Miniseries Drug Wars", "The John Laroquette Show", "The Drew Carey Show", "The Crew" and the "Espy Awards".
