In the live session, you will meet your instructors and classmates. You’ll learn how to create multi-sprint release plans for a scrum team. You’ll also get to practice communication skills and facilitation techniques that will improve your interactions with your stakeholders and team.

Besides the scheduled live session, the pace of the course is entirely up to you. Start as soon as you register, or wait until after the live session; it’s up to you! Take as much or little time as you need to complete the in-depth coursework in the Agile Learning Labs online learning system. You’ll receive ongoing feedback from your Chris and Season as you progress through the material.
