AGIIINCY Hiring Event
AGIIINCY Hiring Event is an entry point into a live creative and business network where talent is activated through real work, not just resumes.
On May 9th, we are opening the doors to new agents, creatives, and operators ready to step into a system that turns ideas into clients, content into revenue, and talent into opportunity.
We are hiring for 3 Director positions and 24 Internship roles across booking, content, production, and creative operations.
This is not a traditional hiring process. You will not just submit and wait. You will enter the room, meet the team, and be evaluated through real interaction, energy, and execution.
Every attendee will receive a scheduled time slot between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM for a short interview. Depending on your ticket, you will also receive a professional headshot and optional resume enhancement support.
Ticket Options:
Free Admission + Interview
Enter the event, meet the team, and secure an interview time slot. This is your opportunity to introduce yourself, understand the AGIIINCY system, and position yourself for a role.
Headshot + Interview ($39)
Includes everything in General Admission plus a professional headshot taken on-site. Walk away with a polished image while making real connections and being considered for a role.
Resume Enhancement + Headshot ($99)
Includes interview, professional headshot, and hands-on resume positioning support. We will help refine how you present yourself so your experience translates into opportunity.

You will meet other creatives, agents, and operators in a high-energy environment designed for collaboration and discovery.
You will see how AGIIINCY functions as a talent, production, and revenue system.
You will have the opportunity to step directly into roles based on your strengths and performance.
