Welcome to The Patio at The Promontory! We're glad you're here—just a few quick notes to keep things comfy for everyone:
Open Hours: Patio’s open from 12:30:PM to 3:30 PM, if the weather’s good.
- Seating: First come, first served. We do take reservations for outdoor seating.
- No Smoking: Please keep it smoke-free out here.
- Keep It Chill: Be mindful of noise so everyone can enjoy.
Weather Stuff:
- Rain or Bad Weather: We might have to close the patio. If we can, we’ll seat you inside.
- Severe Weather: Patio closes for storms, high winds, extreme temps, etc.
- Reservations: Got one? We’ll try to move you inside if the weather acts up.
- Your Stuff: Keep an eye on your belongings—we’re not responsible for weather damage or lost items.
- Thanks for hanging with us—enjoy the patio!
CLOTHING POLICY
We love our community and we welcome everyone to the venue! But we do reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone not dressed appropriately.
Please do not wear:
Thong Slippers, Crocs, Tank Tops/Jerseys (Unless Themed Event), Slides, or Ski Masks.
The Promontory is ADA accessible. Upon arrival, please call our box office at (312) 801–2100 for elevator access. A team member will meet you and guide you to our ADA entrance. For seating assistance, let the box office know — we’re happy to help.
