Networking shouldn’t just be about who you know; it should be about who you can help. Join (GZT) and the for a panel and mixer designed to bridge the gap between professional growth and local impact. We’re bringing together DC’s rising professionals and community leaders to discuss how service is the ultimate networking tool: grow into your best self while lifting our community as you climb. Whether you’re looking to find a mentor or become one for a local student, this evening is about building a career that gives back to the city we call home. Come for the connections, stay for the cause.
Join us from 5:30-7:30 PM at Barrel House Cafe & Bar to network beyond the standard "So, what do you do?" We’ll provide conversation starters to help you connect over navigating DC as a young professional and finding a sense of purpose.
At 6:00 PM, we’ll hear from a panel of rising Gen Z community leaders who will share how they've found their calling in DC. You'll have the chance to sign up or learn more about becoming a tutor or mentor for local youth with just 1-2 hours a week.
If traditional networking has ever felt shallow or daunting, or you've been looking to get more involved in the community, this is the event for you. While the "professional grind" often focuses on personal gain, we’re gathered to discuss our shared responsibility to help one another. Come and learn about how to lift up our community while climbing the career ladder.
