This is more than yoga it’s a healing experience created from lived grief, growth, resilience, and community connection. What began as a personal journey after the loss of Reignn has grown into a space where others can slow down, breathe, move, reflect, and reconnect with themselves and each other.
Join us for a 14-week rainbow-inspired healing journey featuring beginner-friendly yoga, mindful walks, circle time, breathwork, creative reflection, journaling prompts, community connection, and weekly themes designed to help you move through healing one step at a time.
Each week represents a different color of the rainbow and a new emotional focus from REST and ROOT to VISION and VICTORY, creating space for emotional release, grounding, growth, mindfulness, and self-discovery.
Whether you are healing from grief, life transitions, stress, burnout, or simply looking for a safe space to reconnect with yourself, After the ReignnBow was created with you in mind.
