New year, new you? Love the energy of our dance parties? Well we are bringing that same energy, but with a fitness twist.
For an evening, AFROTEO is trading the dance floor for a fitness studio. On Saturday January 31st at 4pm, you are invited to our very first AFROTEO fitness class hosted at the Move Like You studio. The fitness class will be led by Ashley Owusu-Ansah, a local fitness instructor.
Ashley will guide you through a 45min beat based pilates style class that will leave you feeling challenged and energized. However, this wouldn't be an AFROTEO event if we didn't bring the music! During the class you will be moving to all your favourite afro and latin beats. To keep the vibes going the class will be followed by a 40 minute special DJ set by XOCO!
Expect to sweat, move, and push your limits to the best beats!
