AfroBrazilian Intentional & Spiritual Movement Dance Workshop:Join us on Sundays March 22nd and April 19th for a deep and beautiful dive into intentional and spiritual movement with live percussion.
We'll be exploring rhythms and movements from the rich AfroBrazilian dance traditions, and connecting deeply with ourselves, each other, and our unique expression.

Olissa is a true energetic and celebratory force who uplifts and empowers through Dance, Energy Healing, and Pilates. Her classes bring together traditional and contemporary styles from South Africa, West Africa, Brazil, Cuba and club culture into one beautiful and powerful flow.
Having over 30 years experience in dance traditions from around the world, 10 years in Wellness Coaching, and 5 years in the Healing Arts. Her Certifications include: Dance Artist, Choreographer, and Facilitator, Reiki Healer and Teacher, Quantum Touch Practitioner,
Pilates Instructor, Wellness Coach, MA Anthropology of Food
