Who is the Instructor?
The only Certified Twerk After Work™ Instructor in Ghana Jay is passionate about helping queens from around the world to embrace their minds, bodies and souls through twerk fitness, confidence and self-love affirmations.
What should I wear?
Anything you feel comfortable and confident in but we recommend a loose material shorts or legging in order to help you release all that jiggle!
Can I drop in and just join any session?
YES of course if you wanna keep it flexible, we got you but highly recommend you signing up for the full 4-weeks if you want the full experience.
Do I need any former twerk experience?
No queen. In fact we don't want you to have any, come as you are and we will do the rest!
When does the course start at finish?
The course starts on Wednesday 31st August 2022 and runs until 21st September 2022
Are kneepads required?
No but they are highly recommend in order to help protect your knees for particular twerk techniques we will be working on

By purchasing tickets and participating in said activities I am voluntarily agreeing to participate and I hereby agree to expressly assume and accept any and all risks of injury, physical harm. I acknowledge and represent that I am physically sound and I do not suffer from any illness, impairment, disease or other condition that would prevent me from participating in the class, performing any exercises.
COVID-19 SAFETY INFORMATION:
While participating in events held or sponsored by @twerkafterwork, consistent with CDC guidelines, participants are encouraged to practice hand hygiene, “social distancing” and wear face coverings to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19. Because COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact, @twerkafterwork has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. However, @twerkafterwork cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19.
ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK. I acknowledge and understand the following:
1. Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist;
2. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, such as COVID-19, even if arising from the negligence or fault of the Released Parties; and
3. I hereby knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm and loss associated with the Activity, including any injury, harm and loss caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of the Released Parties.
