We want you to step out of your comfort zone, develop, and grow as dancers as well as individuals while being a part of a great community. All levels are welcome.

Cardiff is a great city with people from various cultures and backgrounds and what better way to demonstrate this than through the world of dance and music?
The goal is to create a space that offers Afro/African dance classes to all, encouraging individuals to step out of their comfort zone and develop as dancers as well as individuals, while being educated on the African culture (behind every move there’s a story, there’s history and so it expresses identity).
We aim to represent the multicultural side of Wales through the cultural appreciation of the African heritage and by preserving and promoting African dance heritage in modern European contexts.
We are eager to make the joy and heritage of African dances, songs, and rhythms available to all, whether the people who chose to attend the classes are of African backgrounds or not, we want to break down barriers between people by offering our community all the benefits of health that align with dance while taking the opportunity to inform them about the African culture, while also encouraging them to celebrate their own culture and individuality.
Classes are open to all levels.
