You are all invited to join us in celebrating the food, music, rhythm and sounds! ??????In honor of the annual spirited Brazilian Carnival, we’re proud to present an event dedicated to the transatlantic bond between Africa, the motherland, and her cherished descendants from Brazil now living in and around Dublin City. ?
The climax of this musical celebration will be a tribute to the visionary Afro Brazilian musician Jorge Ben Jor and his 1976 masterpiece “Africa Brazil.” A supergroup comprising members of Yankari, Elikya, Zeembass, Edi Do Cavaco and her band, alongside special guest Brazilian troubadour Will Kanela, will deliver an awe-inspiring performance of this iconic album.
