With more than four decades of distinguished service to the Department of Defense, Mr. DelGrosso currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Director of Network Operations for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), a role he assumed in February 2024.

Previously, he served as Technical Director for the Department of the Navy’s Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS). His career is deeply rooted in the Department of the Navy, where he has held key leadership roles both at sea and ashore, including Director of Cybersecurity in the Office of the DON CIO, Director of Plans and Policy at Naval Network Warfare Command, and Combat Information Systems Officer aboard USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71).
