- Unlocking Athlete Potential: Providing exceptional coaching value during athlete onboarding with personalized “athlete-centered” training.
- Racing-Day Strategy: Implementing the perfect race with ideal warm-up and starting strategy to eliminate early fatigue and achieve maximum overall performance.
- Breathing Techniques: Master the skill of monitoring and managing compromised fatigue in hybrid racing. Unlock race-day performance through optimized breathing rhythm and cadence.
- Performance Running: Apply proven methodologies and “cheat codes” to build aerobic capacity and muscular stamina while improving fatigue resistance.
- Maximizing Movement Efficiency: Target the most impactful technical improvements across all 8 stations. Refine movement mechanics, streamline transitions, and build consistent efficiency in both single and doubles events.
