Join us for this playful aerial yoga workshop! In this 90-minute session, we’ll focus on legs, hamstrings, hips and glutes – finding deep release as well as building strength and mobility. The session will begin grounded and end with some accessible flying, with the option to explore a few fun, photo-worthy poses to celebrate your progress.
