Start 2026 by moving your body in a supportive, gentle way. Join us for our first 4-week Aerial Yoga Series, where you’ll stretch and flow using an aerial hammock to help you feel more comfortable, stable, and relaxed as you move.The hammock helps take pressure off your joints, allowing you to stretch a little deeper with less strain. This can improve flexibility, ease stiffness, and help your body move more freely over time. You’ll also explore gentle inversions (being upside down with support), which can help relieve tension in the spine, improve circulation, and leave you feeling lighter and more relaxed.
This class is slow-paced, calming, and designed to meet you where you are. No aerial or yoga experience is required, and all movements can be modified. It’s a great option for all ages and bodies.
What to bring & wear:
* Yoga mat
* Water bottle
* Leggings or pants without zippers or buttons
* Full-length shirt (recommended for comfort in the hammock)
Can’t attend the full series? No worries! Drop-in classes will be available if space allows.
