This workshop is for anyone who wants to:
-set meaningful goals (running or life)
-create clear values and priorities
-build a plan for follow-through
-start the year feeling grounded and motivated
How it will work:
Coach Lauren will join us live on Zoom via our big screen at the Downtown shop, and the rest of the 605 Running Company coaching team will be in-person to facilitate the experience, guide small group discussion, and help participants walk away with tangible next steps.
