Aerial Sound Bath: Floating Sound Bath in Hammocks

Your event host, Georgie, will guide you through a Soundbath of reset, divine inner-connection and chakra cleansing whilst floating off the ground in the cocoon. This Sunday night aerial sound bath is the perfect end to the weekend and will guide you into a higher state of vibration and allow you to release anything that no longer serves you so you can leave with a clean slate and renewed energy.

Additional Information

• Essential oils, incense, music and sound may be used during the session. Please make us aware of any allergies or conditions before the session.
• Wear comfortable clothing - you may get hot or cold during a session so wearing layers that you can put on or take off is advised.
• Avoid heavy meals 2 hours prior to the session start time
• Do not consume alcohol or drugs before the session
• Blankets will be provided but please bring an eye mask if you would like one
• If possible, try to avoid excess caffeine before the session as it may help you have a more restful experience and help your thoughts to drift away more easily.
• Sound healing may not be suitable for individuals with the following conditions and they may need to obtain permission from their healthcare professional before they can attend a session. Please get in touch if you have any questions and let your practitioner know about any conditions before attending a session. Conditions: Epilepsy, history of seizures or any condition that could be triggered by sound, a pacemaker, first and third trimester of pregnancy, serious mental health conditions.
