Discover the thrill of aerial hoop (also known as lyra) and learn to gracefully move in the air. Great for those seeking a fitness challenge or who simply want to have fun and fly!No experience needed; you will be guided through progressive techniques based on your level.
Session structure
- 10-15 min. warm up and stretching to prevent injuries
- 30 min. conditions and series practice
- 10 min. Individual performance (take turns)
- 5 min. Cool down
