Float in the nurturing womb of the aerial hammock as we deep dive into the relationship between heart and breath. Guided meditation using open mouth, circular connected breath combined with intuitive reiki touch--top and bottom body--serve as catalysts to release and re-pattern habitual responses that no longer serve. When experiencing freedom in the breath and body, new perspectives and connections are more easily accessed, making space for empathy (for yourself and others) and grace. The container allows for deeper trust, exploration, and shifts. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before the start time to ensure everyone gets the full 90-minute experience.
