Join us at our beautiful cookery school in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside and learn everything about the Big Green Egg, from the basics of loading & lighting to mastering the Big Green Egg’s versatile cooking modes and enjoy a day of indulgence, culminating in sumptuous feast to end your day. Join us in time for breakfast to set your day up right!
Basic Class - This class focuses on the basics of temperature control, lighting the egg correctly and basic maintenance and is predominantly demo led by Ross with a chance for you to get hands on with some of the dishes as the day goes on.
Advanced Class - This class focuses more on higher culinary skills and the use of more intricate cooking modes on the Egg. You will be hands on from the start!
The dishes on both class levels are designed to inspire you and give you skills and confidence to develop your own dishes when you get home.
