Wednesday, April 29th from 11am-2pm we will be hosting a free workshop on Advance Care planning brought to you by Health Sciences Health Innovations Group with funding support from the North Carolina License to Give Trust Fund Commission and Richmond County Hospice. We invite members of our community to attend and begin planning in advance for their own health care needs. Space is limited to 50 attendees and lunch will be provided. Please call our office at 910-997-4464 Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm to register.
