Adult Yoga Summer Camp is a playful and nourishing experience designed to reconnect you with that same sense of curiosity, creativity, and joy.
Throughout the afternoon you will move through a series of “camp-inspired” experiences designed to awaken your inner child while supporting deep relaxation and connection.
Expect moments of creativity, movement, sensory exploration, and grounding practices, all woven together in a lighthearted and cozy atmosphere.
We will close the experience with a deeply relaxing sound bath so you can fully unwind and integrate the journey.
Light snacks will be provided.
This experience is designed to help you reconnect with play, creativity, community, and relaxation.
