About this Event
Come along to our Adult Social Care drop-in session, where you can speak with a member of the team for advice, information and support.
These informal sessions are an opportunity to ask questions, explore what support may be available for you or someone you care for, and find out more about local services.
You’ll also be able to access guidance from Occupational Therapy, including practical advice on maintaining independence at home - such as home adaptations like handrails and other solutions to support day-to-day living.
Exclusively for Rushcliffe residents 18+ registered with a Rushcliffe GP. Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.
Follow us on Facebook: @RushcliffeSP or visit Social Prescribing Hub for updates.
