About this Event
Join our Adult Boxing Fitness classes and meet a group of like minded people with similar goals and aspirations.
Our weekly 1-hour classes will help you to improve fitness and lose weight while learning non-contact boxing techniques.
At the start of the programme, participants will complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) which will identify any health issues, and allow the coaches to assess individual goals for the programme.
