Looking to get creative and have some fun? Join us for in-person art workshops led by the talented Sue Gascoyne at Hale End Library!
Sue Gascoyne’s sensory-rich work has been exhibited throughout London and East Anglia. Sue uses textiles, painting, mark-making, sculpture, mixed-media and interactive installation to explore relationships and wellbeing. Sue was a finalist in VAO25.
Greatly influenced by her role as a mother and child therapist, sustainability and care are evident throughout Sue’s art and the workshops and art sessions she runs.

Session 1 - Wild Weaving
In this fun and informal session adults can use wool, ribbon, string, natural materials and embroidery thread to make patterns, knots and marks on a ‘weaving wall’. No experience necessary. Simply come to meet others and enjoy transforming the material into a collaborative piece of art.
