About this Event
This support group is for adults with ADHD to come and offer peer to peer support and guidance to each other.
This event is free of charge and no diagnosis is needed to attend. This is a safe place to discuss the everyday struggles (and positives!) of living with ADHD.
Spaces are limited so if you book a space and can no longer make it, please notify us at [email protected] so we can offer your place to someone else.

Support Group Guidelines are as follows:
- Everything discussed within the group is confidential and not to be discussed outside the group - Medic*tion advice will not be given
– ADHD Ireland facilitators and group participants are not clinicians and not qualified to moderate discussions on Medic*tion
- Everyone will be given an opportunity to speak, if they wish to do so, however, there is no obligation on anyone to speak
- Be respectful in allowing other people a chance to speak, try and avoid speaking over each other

**Please note** This group is a peer support group; we are not mental health professionals and therefore not trained to deal with mental health disorders, and it is not a space to talk about personal trauma.
The support we offer is only support. We advise if you have any significant issues or are seeking medical advice, then please speak to your GP.

Urgent help: if you need to get urgent help for a mental health issue and your GP is not available, you can contact a GP out-of-hours service or access mental health services through your local mental health unit or hospital.

GDPR: Your data will only be stored in the ADHD Eventbrite Account; all communication will be processed via ADHD Ireland Eventbrite account. By registering for this event you are agreeing to share your name and surname only with the ADHD Ireland representative who will be responsible for registration process of the event. This is necessary to allow safe registration process on the day of the event.
