About the Speaker
Arturo Hernandez, co-owner of Central Coast ADU, is an ADU development expert and housing advocate in Ventura, California. He and his father/company co-owner Art Hernandez, along with their team, have permitted over 20 ADUs across Ventura County in just the last year alone. Arturo has been a featured speaker at local housing advocacy events sponsored by organizations including Ventura County Community Development Corporation (VCCDC), and Housing Opportunities Made Easier (HOME).
