Bob Davis: Bob Davis began in the real estate industry in 1977. During his tenure, Bob’s practice has included success as a Realtor®, Escrow Officer, Property Manager, Sales and Marketing Educator, and since 1985, as a Residential Real Estate Lender. He currently works with First Bank. Striving through the stagflation of the early 80’s, fighting through personal depression in the early 90’s and persevering through the various markets of Southern California since his entrance into the real estate industry, Mr. Davis has never quit and looks for the best possible outcome for all, not just a commission. The state of California is rich in opportunity for those willing to open their eyes, work efficiently and serve others.
