o Explain the basic principles of Intuitive Eating and Healthy At Every Size and their relevance for adolescent care

o Recognize when referral for higher levels of care is indicated
About Julia:
Julia Klein, MS, RDN, CDN, is a Clinical Outreach Specialist at Newport Healthcare, where she serves as a consultative resource to mental health professionals, medical providers, and community partners navigating concerns related to adolescent and young adult mental health. She is a Registered Dietitian with clinical and community experience supporting individuals and families across the lifespan around eating behaviors, body image concerns, and Health at Every Size®–informed care. Julia provides professional education on early warning signs, supportive communication, and appropriate levels of care.
