Adolescent sports injuries….are we damaging our kids?
Dr Philip Batty is an internationally recognised Sports and Exercise Medicine Doctor who has worked with adolescents at Manchester United, Blackburn Rovers, Manchester City, Sedbergh School, Middlesex Cricket and the English National Ballet. He will discuss his experience of accurate diagnosis and management of sports injuries in adolescents to prevent longer term issues. He will also explain the vital importance exercise has on a developing skeleton for long term health. Too much can be damaging, too little most certainly is!!
