Start the evening with Taquito de Pollo a crispy chicken stuffed taquito topped with cheese and cream paired alongside Adobo Grill’s classic margarita 100% agave Corazón Gran Gala fresh lime juice; shaken tableside served up with salt. Next dive into Platano Sope with dark mole cheese and sour cream to be enjoyed with a Grapefruit Margarita. The main course is Cochinita Pibil or achiote marinated pork pickled onions and beans. Sip on the unique Fig Margarita with this course!
And for dessert delight in Pastel de Queso - Ricotta cheesecake with figs.
