About this Event
Our ADHD Support Group sessions in SPARK Community Space will be a safe place for people interested in ADHD in ANY way to share experiences and learn more about:
- What ADHD is
- How ADHD affects peoples every day life
- How to manage ADHD symptoms
- How to seek medical help for ADHD
- The Facts and Fiction that surround ADHD
- What the various UK ADHD third sector (charitable organisations) are doing to spread awareness that will improve the lives of those who are affected by ADHD

These sessions are FREE OF CHARGE (but please read the note below for more detail)
NOTE:
Unfortunately, tickets are now PAID due to high non attendance rates which prevent others from attending.
The full ticket price WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED once you have been CHECKED IN for the event.
