About this Event
For those who missed out on tickets to my sold out 'Salt Cave Sound Immersions' as part of the Adelaide Fringe or are in need of some uninterrupted deep rest, I have opened up this pop-up event just for you!
This session is an invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect. Imagine 60 minutes of feeling completely and utterly at peace as you are taken on a magical journey of sound bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and more! Sit or lay back and allow the sounds to let you fall into a lower state of consciousness, naturally shifting your body into deep relaxation. Through the soothing resonance and grounding sound frequencies, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative state where the nervous system unwinds and the heart gently opens.
Step inside the beautiful new studio space at Breathe Stretch Float - home to SA's first and only Himalayan Salt Cave - and be among the first to experience its calm, cocoon-like energy. A place intentionally created for slowing down, breathing deeper, and coming back home to yourself.

Sound Therapy is effective in not only achieving a state of relaxation, but it also has a way of moving through blockages in the body. It has been known to help treat such conditions as stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, sleep disorders and pain, and is beneficial for children suffering from anxiety as it helps to regulate their nervous system by bringing their body and mind into a deep state of relaxation where healing can take place. In addition to these benefits, you can all expect improved sleep and immune function.
What to bring

* thick socks (as temperature can drop during sound healing)
* eye pillow (only limited number available)

Please arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the session as it will strictly commence at 2pm.
IMPORTANT: participation in any form of sound therapy is not recommended during your first trimester of pregnancy. If you suffer from epilepsy, seizures, bi-polar, clinical depression or any serious mental health conditions, please advise prior to booking.
Please note: there are no refunds for 'no-shows', if you are late and the session has already started or for change of mind. You may transfer your ticket to someone else (for that session only) if you cannot attend on the day with prior arrangement with the organiser.
