In this fun, high-energy musical performance, George and his friends take families on an entertaining journey to discover where our food and fibre come from. Through catchy songs, storytelling, and plenty of audience interaction, children will learn about the important role farmers play in growing the food we eat and the crops used to feed animals — including hay, grains, and pasture that help keep horses healthy and strong.
Perfect for families, this lively show will have kids singing, dancing and leaving with a greater appreciation for the people who grow our food — and there may even be a few fun giveaways along the way!
Songs include 'Harvest Hop', 'Potatoes', 'Mango Bango', 'Googy Eggs' and our newbie, 'Sugarcane Train!'
George the Farmer showbags, books and toys available to purchase on Saturday (at King Rodney Park Fodder Pop-up Market) and Sunday (at Victoria Park)!
