An Evening with Adelaida Vineyards at Stoa Wine Bar
Join us for an intimate guided tasting with Adelaida Vineyards, one of Paso Robles’ most respected estate producers, on March 4th at 5:00 PM.
This special evening brings Paul Sowerby, the National Sales Manager and Adelaida Ambassador, to Stoa to walk guests through Adelaida’s philosophy, vineyard practices, and winemaking process—offering rare insight into how place, patience, and intention shape each bottle.
You’ll taste six wines spanning Adelaida’s portfolio, including our best-selling by-the-glass Cabernet Sauvignon from Willow Creek, alongside limited and expressive selections rarely poured side-by-side. We might be biased but this wine is truly exceptional.
