This 2-hour immersive experience is designed to help you move, breathe, and land back in your body.

We’ll begin with a grounding slow flow yoga to open and release physical tension, transition into guided holotropic-style breathwork to access deeper emotional release, and close with a calming meditation with instruments.

We’ll finish with tea, connection, and space to integrate—no rushing, no phones, no pressure.

You’ll leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more regulated.
