Un taller de colaboración entre Nature Explorers Madrid y Madrid Community Acupuncture (https://www.madridcommunityacupuncture.com)
Con este taller pretendemos ofrecer a los participantes una mañana de relajación a las puertas de Madrid. Realizaremos un paseo con actividades de mindfulness (baño de bosque), aprenderemos por qué la naturaleza es buena para la salud (con datos respaldados por la ciencia y mencionando usos medicinales de plantas) y acabaremos sentados en un lugar tranquilo dónde disfrutaremos de una sesión de terapia auricular.
Importante: es necesario rellenar un formulario de registro y consentimiento.
El lugar de encuentro y el formulario de registro se compartirán una vez realizada la inscripción.
La entrada aparece como gratuita pero el taller es de pago. Ofrecemos un pago ajustado a ingresos, con un aporte mínimo de 20€ y si tienes medios y te sientes generoso puedes aportar hasta 40€. El pago se realizará el día del evento, por bizum o en metálico.

This workshop is a collaboration between Nature Explorers Madrid and Madrid Community Acupuncture (https://www.madridcommunityacupuncture.com)
It will offer attendees the opportunity to relax not far from Madrid's busy city centre. We will go for a mindful walk (forest bathing), learn about plant medicine and why nature is good for us (backed by scientific facts). The walk will end with the attendees receiving auricular acupuncture in a quiet spot.
Important: you will need to fill out a registration and consent form.
The exact location and registration form will be sent once you sign up.
The payment appears as free but the idea is to offer payment on a sliding scale according to your budget on the day, in cash or per bizum. The minimum payment is 20€ but if you have the means and are feeling generous you can contribute up to 40€.
