About this Event
Arlina Cai and Saher Hussaini invite you to a thoughtfully curated experience that weaves together gentle yoga flow and calming acupuncture, designed to soothe the nervous system and bring the body back into balance.
What to expect
- We open with an hour long Vinyasa-style yoga flow to build warmth and presence in the body. Beginning with yoga allows your body to relax and enhances the benefits of acupuncture.
- During Savasana, Saher offers restorative acupuncture while Arlina guides a grounding meditation, allowing the healing to deeply integrate.
- To close, we come together over a nourishing Chinese-medicine inspired sweet treat. Each participant will also receive ear seeds from to extend the benefits of the evening well beyond the mat.
Mats and blankets will be provided.
Doors open at 6:00 PM to allow time to settle in and complete a brief intake form. Class begins promptly at 6:30 PM. To preserve the integrity of the experience for all guests, late entry cannot be guaranteed.
