You’ll be positioned on a yoga mat with blankets and bolsters during this session; please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Amy Adams is a board-certified acupuncturist. Her style of practice recognizes the full range of physical, emotional, social, spiritual and environmental influences that can affect a person’s well-being. While she works with a wide range of medical conditions, she’s particularly drawn to the treatment of anxiety, women’s health, GI issues, pain and autoimmune diseases.
Christy M Price has spent the last 18 years studying various forms of integrated techniques to support our minds and bodies including sound, yoga, acupressure, + herbal medicine. She has a masters in nutrition and applied physiology, is certified yoga and Katonah Yoga® teacher, and spends most of her time working with plants and people in her little garden studio (ALULA COLLECTIVE) in East Dallas.
