Join Lexie Palasciano and Jack Bauer for an evening of Active Breathwork and Sound Healing.
Active Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses conscious, rhythmic breathing to access deeper states of awareness, while sound healing supports the nervous system in softening and integrating the experience.
Through the breath and sound, we’ll quiet the thinking mind, release stored tension in the body, and tap into its innate capacity to heal.
This guided session is an invitation to move stagnant energy, reconnect with your inner self, and experience a state of presence beyond the thinking mind.
Come as you are, and let the breath guide you home to yourself.

Lexie Palasciano, MFA, is a Pilates instructor, yoga teacher, and breathwork facilitator based in New York City. She serves as the lead educator for Polestar Pilates in NYC and facilitates retreats worldwide, offering immersive experiences centered on embodied movement practices, breathwork, and cultural immersion. Through her work, Lexie helps others reconnect to the wisdom of the body through movement, mindfulness, and the power of breath.
Jack Bauer is a certified Breathwork Facilitator, mindfulness coach, and fitness instructor passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves through the power of breath. Known for his dynamic and heart-centered approach, Jack guides individuals and groups through transformational sessions that create space for emotional release, clarity, and deep presence. He believes breathwork is a tool to unlock both personal healing and collective connection.
