Do you want to have a better understanding of your body during labour and birth?About this Event
During this 2 hour small group workshop, you will meet members of the Birth Centre team in our beautiful communal space: The Nest.
We will empower you with knowledge of:
- What to expect in early labour
- Ways to feel supported by your birth partners and others
- Tips for promoting physiological birth, such as active birth positions and breathing techniques
There will also be an opportunity to tour the Birth Centre and ask questions.
To attend this event you must be 34 weeks onwards.
Space is limited, please book one ticket per couple.
*Workshops are subject to last minute cancellation if the unit is busy.
