This day is suitable for anyone who is interested in exploring the voice as a vehicle for energy as well as Yoga teachers, meditation facilitators, musicians, public speakers, actors, Bhakti yoga students, therapists and more.
Through fun exercises you will explore, discover and learn all about your own unique: voice, energy, devotion and sharing.
You will leave here prepared to establish your own daily Kirtan meditation and confidence to share it with your loved ones.
The day includes your hot/cold drinks, Vegan lunch and snacks.
