Axel Ferreyrolles – Co-founder of Humanness
Axel brings nearly three decades of experience across Accenture, Compaq, HP, and SAP. He has led global initiatives spanning sales, operations, enablement, training, innovation, and transformation, operating at the intersection of strategy and execution in fast-changing environments. At Humanness, he supports leaders and teams to strengthen coherence, trust, and collective intelligence so innovation and performance become sustainable rather than forced.
Jessika Klingspor – Regional Partner (Iberia), Humanness
Jessika is a serial entrepreneur and heart-led visionary dedicated to bringing consciousness, courage, and humanity into business. She is a licensed coach in conscious business, founder of The Conscious Podcast, and co-founder/lead of the IDG Barcelona Business Hub.
