Starting with $300 at age 24, Michelle founded and grew two successful business in the food industry in Boston, MA -- but had one big problem.
She wasn't feeling the happiness or fulfillment that she thought success would bring - so she decided to make a huge shift in her life.
In 2019, Michelle traveled to 50 states solo in her Jeep Wrangler and interviewed 500+ people across all stages of life to discover how everyday people create a life full of vibrancy and happiness.
Michelle filmed, edited, and produced the American Happiness documentary (with zero film experience), which is now available to watch on Amazon and multiple other platforms.
She has worked with 12,000+ people across the globe to create more joy and vibrancy in the everyday through workshops and speaking engagements from companies like Robert Half, AT&T, Akamai, and more.
In 2021, she expanded to deeper work with private clients like yourself to align your mindset, actions, and confidence to catapult into the life you truly want.

A couple of fun facts:
-I live in South Boston and absolutely love life, the ocean, boxing, and coffee.
-I tried out for American Idol once, and sang the song ‘Don’t Stop Believin’ by Journey 😂
-I love Jeep Wranglers and driving with the windows down listening to country music
-I traveled to all 50 states in 3 months to capture how everyday people create happiness and fulfilment in their own lives
-My favorite place in the entire world is Santorini, Greece.
-I’m fascinated with why people do what they do, and am always reading a book or listening to a podcast on psychology and mindset.
